PART TIME ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN

Hours are 27 ½ per week, Mon 8.00 - 15.30 / Tue & Wed 8.00 - 16.30 / Thur 08.00 - 12.30

(Mon/Tue/Wed all include a 30 minute unpaid lunch break)

Scale 5 Point 9, term time only (actual salary £16,899)

We are looking for an efficient and flexible individual to join our very pro-active library team. The successful candidate will assist with the organisation and maintenance of the school library as well as supervising and assisting students with their research and selection of reading material.

The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and calm manner along with excellent attention to detail. You will be an excellent communicator, confident in dealing with both staff and students.

Applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy and have excellent Microsoft Office skills. Please see the job description for further details of the duties for this role.

School visits are warmly welcomed, particularly during the working day.
