Learning Support Assistant
17.5 Hours per week 5 days per week, Term time only
Scale 3 Point 5-6 £25,583.30-£25,988.90 Pro Rata (FTE), (£10,095.11 - £10,255.16 per annum)
We have a vacancy for a Learning Support Assistant to join our small, friendly team.
The successful candidate will:
Be dedicated, positive and flexible
Demonstrate a love of learning and value people
Be able to inspire and motivate children to succeed
Motivate and encourage pupils that you work with
To provide learning support for the pupils in class or in withdrawal situations, either 1:1 or small groups
Has a belief in inclusion, diversity and access and the right of each pupil to maximise their potential whatever their needs and abilities
A caring and sensitive approach
A patient and positive attitude, along with a good sense of humour
