Job Title: SEND 1:1 Nursery Assistant - Kents Hill Infant Academy
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2026
Hours per week: 13 hours per week
Scale: Scale 4, Point 7-8 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Actual Salary: £7,739.50 - £7,862.91 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: Monday 23rd February 2026

Care, Nurture and Support - SEND 1:1 Nursery Assistant Wanted!
Are you a SEND Nursery Assistant? Kents Hill Infant Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is looking for a caring, patient and dedicated SEND 1:1` Nursery Assistant to join our dynamic team!
At SEAT, we believe in belonging, compassion, curiosity, and empowerment-values that shape our commitment to excellence in education. In this role, you will help create a safe and nurturing environment that supports a child's development and wellbeing throughout the nursery day.
You will be working 13 hours per week; Wednesday 8:30am - 3:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm, term time only.
