An exciting opportunity has arisen at Colne Community School for a Data, Exams and Administration Assistant to join our Admin Team.

Therefore, we are seeking to recruit a proactive and forward thinking member of staff to enrich the skills and experience already present in our Administration Team. This role is 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only plus one additional day during the school closure periods)


A Day in the Life:

You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:

  • To support with the maintenance of the timetable throughout the academic year, including staff and room changes
  • To provide administrative support and increased capacity to the Exams Officer on an ad hoc basis
  • Assist with organising cover during teacher absences and school events.
