About you

We are looking for an attendance officer to have:

·Experience working in a school or similar setting

·A good understanding of attendance procedures and safeguarding

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Confidence in working with families and external professionals

·Strong organisational and IT skills

·A calm, professional and solution-focused approach

Experience in an attendance, pastoral or family support role is desirable but not essential.
