Office Administrator - Blenheim Primary School
Contract Term: Permanent,Term Time + Additional 2 weeks + Inset Days
Start Date: Jan 2026
Contract Type: 37 hours per week - Mon - Fri (1 hr for lunch)
Pay Scale: Scale 5 FTE £26,824, Actual Salary £24,281 per annum
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated office administrator to join our team, with key responsibilities for pupil data, admissions, and welfare. You will provide general administrative support to the school and be responsible for the collection, storage and retrieval of pupil data, ensuring legal requirements are met, parents are kept well informed and that the management of required information is available to the school. You will manage school admissions and monitor and report on pupil attendance, liaising with parents and other professionals about those who are persistently absent and attending meetings when required. You will also be responsible for pupil welfare, including supporting children with first aid and medicines. You will report to the School Operations Manager.

The successful applicant will be friendly, approachable, and supportive of children and their families. They will have strong organisation and communication skills, work with attention to detail, and have excellent IT skills.
