We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil joining our school. Experience with ASD would be an advantage.
The post is initially 5 days per week, 1.00pm - 3.00pm, linked to a child until 31st August 2026.
We are looking for an applicant who has:
A detailed understanding of the needs of pupils with ASD
Experience of developing social skills in young children
A positive approach to behaviour management
GCSE grade C or Level 2 equivalent in Maths and English
High expectations of all children and their ability to make progress
Understand and implement the statutory requirements concerning safeguarding
