We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher to lead our school community, embodying and promoting our Christian ethos that's routed in the traditions of the Church of England and Roman Catholic faiths. We are a Voluntary Aided school and the only one of its type in Essex.
As the Headteacher of the school, you will provide strategic leadership and management to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, pastoral care, and safeguarding that's intertwined with the views of both Diocese expectations. Working closely with governors, staff, pupils, parents, and the parish, you will deliver a clear vision, driving high standards, financial stability, and a culture where both staff and pupils thrive.
