An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed class teacher / Phase Lead to work alongside our experienced staff team. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Foundation Stage Teacher / Lead to help shape the future of our youngest learners. The successful candidate will:

· Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS);

· Lead and inspire a team of practitioners to provide outstanding provision;

· Put children first;

· Demonstrate excellent teaching skills;

· Provide an exciting and rich curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils;

· Have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour;

· Be a strong team player, with good communication skills;

· Have a desire to improve themselves in terms of skills, knowledge and experience.

Experience in Forest School or Beach School approaches is highly desirable, as we are committed to developing outdoor learning as part of our EYFS curriculum.
