Do you enjoy working with children? Are you a 'people person' who likes being part of a team? If so, we would love to meet you. We are looking for someone who is fun, kind and enthusiastic to join our Apple Bay Nursery Classroom and Wrap Around team, working 26 hours per week over:

12.30-6pm Wednesday

7.30am-6pm Thursday and Friday

Total of 26 hours working in our Apple Bay Nursery class.

Training can be provided including Paediatric First aid

In addition to the contracted hours there may be the opportunity to work additional hours in our Holiday Club as well as providing cover for other sessions due to staff absence. If you have children who attend Newlands Spring School this should not deter you from applying as it may be possible to accommodate them within Springers while you work.

New Primary School Admission criteria:

Children of staff directly employed by the academy in either or both of the following circumstances:

A: where the member of staff has been employed at the academy for two or more years at the time at which the application for admission to the academy is made; and/or

B: The member of staff is recruited to fill a vacant post at the academy for which there is a demonstrable skill shortage.

This is what our parents are about our fantastic nursery:

"The team at Apple Bay really do go above and beyond to provide engaging, exciting and educational experiences and activities for the children. I have been really impressed with structure of learning, thematic, fun, and well thought out. My littleone has loved his first term and is thriving in their care."
This is what our amazing staff members have said:

"I've been working at Apple Bay since April and it's the best choice I've ever made. I previously worked at another nursery whilst both my children attended Applebay, and to see the joy and happiness they had when attending was priceless! They developed so much and that was all credit to the staff. They are an amazing team with so much care towards the children and each other. When the opportunity came to join the team I jumped at the chance and haven't looked back since!

"I joined Apple Bay 5 years ago as a level 3 practitioner, and since then the journey has been incredibly rewarding. Apple Bay supported me throughout my Early Years Teacher qualification, giving me the encouragement and opportunities I needed to grow professionally. The team here is genuinely lovely-everyone supports one another, creating a warm and collaborative environment. Its been wonderful to watch the nursery grow and flourish over the years, and I'm proud to have been part of its development."
