At Notley High School and Sixth Form, we are seeking an outstanding Head of Mathematics to lead our highly motivated and rapidly improving department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader or an aspiring middle leader ready for the next challenge. For the right candidate, there is the opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team as an Associate Member.

• Lead and inspire a fully staffed and committed team of maths specialists.
• Build on the department's strong foundations - we are on track to reach national standards this academic year.
• Continue to refine and deliver a well-resourced, high-quality curriculum across Key Stages 3-5.
• Drive further progress and raise aspirations across the department and wider school.
