Administrative Assistant
Position Start Date: 5th January 2025
Salary range: Point 13 - 17 (Point 13: £ 24,858.21)
Contract: Full-time 44 weeks per year (term time only), 07:45 - 15:45 daily; 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced office administrator who has an approachable manner, can remain calm in a busy environment and ensure high standards of professionalism. We would like our office to run smoothly every day!
The successful candidate will
· Be an enthusiastic and motivated person who has experience of working in a school
· Be an excellent team worker who can be flexible when needed
· Provide efficient and effective administrative and clerical support to the school
· Be a welcoming receptionist for our visitors and parents
· Perform general office duties, including parent bookings and payments
· Have good IT skills
· With training, give First Aid where necessary
· Ideally, have knowledge of information management systems
· Be able to relate to children and adults, working as part of our team
· Be sympathetic to, and reflective of, our loving Christian ethos
