Our wonderful team of staff all work together to help children flourish in every way. The role of our front office team is crucial to this - what they do and how they do it makes a difference to the lives of children at our school and to our community.
We are seeking to appoint a caring colleague who loves children to come and join our friendly team and be a welcoming point of contact for our children, families and visitors. We provide all staff with a range of professional development opportunities. If you become part of our team then you will be joining one that works hard for the good of all our children, supports one another and enjoys plenty of laughs, free tea and coffee, chocolates and 'chippy Fridays'!
This post is for a 26th January 2026 start. Salary will be paid according to appropriate experience and qualifications.
The role is:
· 21 Hours a week to Friday, 8.am to 4.00pm term time plus 5 non-pupil days, and 5 further days.
· 30 mins for lunch
· Paid at scale 3, Points 5-6 This is £13.26-£13.47 an hour
· We have a rural/coastal location just twenty minutes from Colchester and have ample parking. We are an academy with the Vine Schools Trust and so have the support of the trust and of the diocese.

We are a primary school in a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester and 10 mins from Clacton-on Sea. We are an academy with the Vines School Trust and so have the the support of this trust and the Diocese.
