We pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos, where every child is valued and supported to achieve their very best.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SENDCo to join our dedicated team for two days a week. The role may be combined with our current advertised teaching role, creating a full-time post for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will:

Work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to ensure every child's needs are met effectively and compassionately
Support the continued development of our inclusive practice in line with the new Ofsted framework, which places a strong emphasis on inclusion, equity, and meeting the needs of all learners.
Play a key role in shaping our provision as we continue to refine our curriculum and teaching approaches.
You will be joining a collaborative and caring team, where relationships are central, restorative approaches underpin our practice, and the needs of pupils are always at the heart of our decision-making.
About you:
We are looking for someone who:
Holds (or is working towards) the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCo).
Has proven experience in supporting children with a range of additional needs.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of inclusive practice and a commitment to improving outcomes for all pupils.
Brings strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to lead, support and inspire colleagues.
We can offer you
A welcoming and inclusive school community with supportive staff, parents and governors.
A culture where wellbeing, collaboration and professional growth are valued.
The opportunity to make a meaningful difference within a forward-thinking and ambitious school.
Flexibility to combine this role with our current advertised teaching role for a full-time position.

Applications should be made via Essex Schools Jobs - Teaching Jobs and Support Staff Jobs in Essex including a covering letter outlining your experience, teaching philosophy, and how you would contribute to our school vision.
