Music & Communication Therapist

Location:Thriftwood School & College Chelmsford, Essex

Salary:LGPS Scale 9, Point 29

Contract Type:Part-time (3 days per week), Permanent - Term time only

Start Date: 5th January 2026

We are seeking a passionate and creativeMusic & Communication Therapistto join our dedicated team, supporting learners inKey Stage 2, 3 and 4withmoderate learning difficulties and additional complex needs.The successful candidate will use music-based interventions to promote emotional well-being, communication, social interaction, and cognitive development in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The position will be working across both our School site, based in Galleywood and our College site in Chelmsford.
