Contract Type: Permanent, 3 days per week
Additional Option: An extra day of teaching can be added on a fixed-term basis until 31st August 2026, if this suits the applicant
Pay Range: Main Pay / Upper Pay Range
Salary Range: £32,916-£51,048 Pro Rata (3 days a week would be £19.749-£30,628)

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SENCo to lead and develop our provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

What We're Looking For
We seek a qualified teacher who:
· Holds (or is willing to complete) the National Award for SEND Co-ordination (or NPQ SEND within 3 years)
· Has a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and effective intervention strategies
· Can lead the strategic development and day-to-day operation of SEND provision
· Communicates effectively with pupils, parents, staff, governors, and external agencies
· Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and the ability to influence and inspire others
· Is committed to safeguarding, equality, and the ethos of our Church school
