1:1 Learning Support Assistant (including lunchtime LSA) - Part Time

Scale 3 points 5 (actual salary £17825.37)

Term Time 38 Weeks

30 hours 50 minutes per week

Working Pattern: 8.35am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday with ½ hour lunch

Fixed term: fixed until 31st August 2026

We are looking for a colleague who:

A flexible team player, has experience working with children to support them to reach their full potential.This 1:1 role includes intimate care, physiotherapy, occupational health and speech & language. Full training will be provided.

is confident to deal with social, emotional and behaviour issues, underpinning approaches on positive relationships and mutual respect.
provides good evidence that their knowledge and abilities are closely matched to the person specification.
is positive and flexible, warm and friendly with children, parents and colleagues.
has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
enjoys taking an active role in the work and development of the school.
is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of our children.
