PROGRESS LEADER - PUPIL PREMIUM (MATERNITY COVER)
SCALE 5 (POINTS 9-12) Actual Salary £23,940 - £25,121 PA (FTE Salary £27,254 - £28,598)
HOURS: 37 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 7.15am-3.15pm)
(Friday 7.15am - 2.45pm)
40 weeks per year (Term time, inset days and 1 week holiday working)
This post will be required from February 2026 for a fixed term to cover maternity leave. We would welcome both full time and part time applications.
We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic individual to work closely with the Deputy Head-Pupil Premium to identify barriers to learning, plan and deliver effective support to a range of PPG students to raise levels of achievement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Evidence of a good standard of literacy and numeracy (level 2 or equivalent) and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. An effective team player with strong organisational skills and a flexible approach to workload is essential.
