About the role: We are looking for a well-qualified, passionate and committed PE/Dance teacher, who values continuing professional development, to join our highly successful and innovative Sport and Performing Arts Faculty. This is a superb opportunity to be part of a team who consistently deliver a quality of education which is exceptional.
The Faculty is led by a highly experienced and successful Head of Faculty. There are two full time PE teachers, one part time PE teacher, one part time PE/Dance teacher (maternity cover), one full time Drama teacher and one full time Music teacher.
The Faculty have the use of numerous hard courts which have recently been upgraded, two school fields and the use of the neighbouring Leisure Centre's 4G astro pitch during the day. Internal facilities include the main hall, with use of the stage, and the Gym which has a wall of mirrors specifically for dance lessons. We also have use of the neighbouring Leisure Centre's sports hall during the day. Theory lessons take place in classrooms.
