Reception & Marketing Administrator
Salary is Scale 3 point 5, actual salary £22,472
This role is 37 hours per week term time plus insets and one week
Reception: Monday 8.15am - 5.00pm
Marketing Administration: Tuesday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.15pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
There is a requirement to assist in covering reception during examinations results which is usually the Wednesday and Thursday during the last two weeks in August.
We are looking for an efficient and flexible individual to join our experienced school office team. The role is to provide cover on reception and work closely with our PR and Marketing Officer.
The successful candidate must have a positive attitude and calm manner along with the ability to prioritise and deal with a demanding workload. You will be an excellent communicator, confident in dealing with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
You will also have excellent attention to detail and have the capacity to work in an environment that is fast paced where confidentiality is paramount.
Applicants must demonstrate a good standard of numeracy and literacy and have excellent Microsoft Office skills. Experience using the current school information system Arbor will be an advantage, however training will be provided. Please see the job description for further details of the duties for this role.
