Job Title: SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant - Westwood Academy
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2027
Hours: 23 hours 40 minutes per week
Scale: Scale 3 Point 5-6 (Depending on experience)
Actual Salary: £13,652.47 - £13,869.13 (Depending on experience)

Support, Nurture, and Empower - SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant wanted!
Are you an enthusiastic, patient and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant? Westwood Academy, part of the South Essex Academy Trust (SEAT), is looking for a SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team!
At SEAT, we believe in belonging, compassion, curiosity, and empowerment-values that shape our commitment to excellence in education. In this role, you'll work closely with a specific pupil with special educational needs (which includes ASD, developmental delay and PICA disorder), providing tailored support to enable them to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and achieve their full potential.
You will be working 23 hour 40 minutes per week; Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 3:10pm and Friday 8:45am - 1:40pm, term time only.
