We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative colleague to share in the leadership and continual development of our School. The post is currently not class based, but this is likely to change in the future. Dedicated leadership time would then be given each week. As Deputy Headteacher you will lead on Behaviour, Attendance, Pupil Premium and Assessment across the School. The successful candidate will also be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The successful candidate will:
· be an excellent classroom practitioner who is able to share their passion for learning and teaching with all stakeholders
· be able to work effectively within our team, supporting the close partnerships between the School and the wider community
· have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
· be able to inspire, challenge, motivate and support others
· be able to lead whole school development which sustains and further raises standards
