We are currently looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development and wants to play a key role in helping all pupils achieve their full potential.

About the Role
As an LSA, you will:
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to support pupils with a range of needs
- Provide targeted support to individual children or small groups, helping to deliver interventions and differentiated learning
- Foster positive relationships with pupils to build confidence, engagement, and independence
- Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Contribute to assessment and progress monitoring through observations and feedback
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is proactive and takes initiative in supporting learning
- Has a positive, nurturing approach with children of all abilities and backgrounds
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is patient, flexible, and resilient, with a good sense of humour!
- Shows commitment to inclusion and a belief in every child's potential
- Is keen to grow and develop professionally as part of a supportive staff team
- Has literacy and maths qualifications or equivalent.
✅ Experience working in schools or with children with additional needs is desirable, but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate.
The position is temporay with the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.
