The role of Deputy Manager at our St John's Green Club offers 17.5 hours worked 2.30pm-6pm Monday to Friday, term time only. There may be additional hours in the companys holiday club at Highwoods.
What you will be doing
Supporting the Manager with the day to day running of the club.
Overseeing the delivery of the EYFS Framework.
Mentoring the team.
Taking on the role of Deputy Lead Safeguarding Officer, ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing procedures are follwed.
Planning and providing fun play and learning opportunities.
What we are looking for
You to hold a level 3 or above childcare qualification.
A strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
You to be experienced in leading a team.
Someone who can communicate effectively with staff, parents and children.
Someone who shows true passion in delivering a high quality of care to the children.
Someone who is fun, likes playing games and can think on their feet so to ensure that children have the best experience of play.
