Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: Part time, 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (Friday, 3.30pm finish), Term Time plus one week during school closure (40 working weeks)
Pay Scale:Scale 7, Point 19
From FTE £31,067 plus outer fringe allowance of £706 per annum
Actual pro rata salary approx. £27,909

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager for our Key Stage 3 pupils. The successful applicant will provide administrative and practical assistance to the Deputy Headteacher - Pastoral, Head of Lower School and the Heads of Year in enforcing school rules, maintaining discipline and promoting attendance whilst providing students with excellent pastoral care and support. This role involves working closely with staff, students, parents, carers and other agencies to promote student progress, attendance and wellbeing.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience of working with pupils aged 11 - 16 from a range of backgrounds and will also have a detailed knowledge and understanding of all school procedures and policies.
