An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time or part-time teaching position at Rettendon Primary School.

At Rettendon Primary School we strive to secure the success of our pupils by offering a stimulating and challenging curriculum that is relevant to each individual's life and children are encouraged to develop the confidence to be curious. The successful candidate will display drive and energy to support the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and wider staff team in making a real difference to our flourishing school.

We are seeking to appoint a committed and creative classroom teacher who is passionate about learning and encourages strong behaviours for learning. You will have the ability to inspire, engage and motivate our pupils to do their very best. Our pupils are looking for an enthusiastic, caring teacher with good pedagogical knowledge and subject knowledge who has high expectations and makes learning fun.

Rettendon Primary School is a small village school with mixed classes from Reception through to Year 6. Due to our small school size, we know every single child throughout the school and build solid relationships with our families; this community feel is what makes Rettendon a wonderful place to work.

Our staff members are extremely dedicated and supportive of each other. We can offer you the support of a committed team of staff and Governors as well as children who are eager to learn, and actively seek to ensure all staff regularly access quality CPD.

We provide a safe haven where the children and the community are nurtured, supported and challenged to reach their full potential. We harness differences and ensure every child is treated as an individual; respected, enthused and provided with the skill-set to enter the world as a successful and responsible citizen.
