Learning Support Assistant in EYFS (Reception)
Chipping Hill Primary School is looking for a caring and enthusiastic person, who believes in our core values and specific ethos to join our experienced, supportive and talented team of Learning Support Assistants. This role will also require working with children with SEN.
The successful candidate will be someone with experience of working, understanding and supporting children within an educational setting, demonstrate good teaching and learning skills, a commitment to team and collaborative working and an innovative approach to education. They should thrive when working with children and have excellent communication skills. Hours are 8.30am to 12.00 noon and 1.00pm to 3.15pm, 28.75 paid hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only. Actual starting salary £16,071 (Scale 3 point 5)
It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate the following:
* Excellent English and Mathematical skills
* Enthusiasm to work with children with a variety of different personalities and skill levels.
* Able to engage well with pupils and work under your own initiative.
* Smartly presented and with excellent time management skills.
