30 hours per week 8am to 2pm, term time plus 1 week

White Hall Academy has a proud reputation for high quality, nutritious school meals and hospitality and we are looking for an experienced and flexible catering manager to lead our excellent catering team. We provide an average pupil and staff meals per day.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in kitchen management. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent organisational and time management abilities.

A good understanding of food safety management systems, allergen control/ awareness and health and safety regulations, is essential.

We are looking for a special person to manage and develop our well established catering service
