Full time, permanent position

Pay range: Main scale

We would like to appoint an enthusiastic teacher for September 2025 to join our friendly team at The Brickfields Trust working at Barling Magna Primary Academy.

The Brickfields Trust is a Primary led multi-academy trust currently with two member academies that are both growing in number.

We are looking for:

· We seek a passionate and dedicated teacher who:

· Is an excellent teaching practitioner or at the early stages of their teaching career, aspiring to excellence

· Is committed to raising standards and improving pupil progress

· Displays a professional attitude and remains calm under pressure.

· Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders

· Ability to adapt teaching to meet pupils' needs

· Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils

· Knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children

· Good IT skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to communicate a vision and inspire others

· Enthusiasm, flexibility and resilience

· Passion for raising standards and a 'can do' attitude

· The highest expectations of behaviour and achievement

· Outstanding classroom practice and an ability to self-reflect

· Willingness to continually learn and develop your practice
