An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of the country's leading selective schools, (awarded The Sunday Times Parent Power East Anglia State Secondary School of the Decade), we are looking to appoint a Trips Administrator to join our welcoming and supportive school.
The successful applicant will be well-organised, highly motivated and enthusiastic, with good numeracy and communication skills, and experience of administrative work in a fast-paced working environment.
The role focuses primarily on the administration of school trips, including the managing of the financial procedures. In addition, this role provides support to the finance team and also includes occasional school reception desk cover and assisting with first aid (training will be given).

Working hours: This is a permanent role which is office based in school. The working pattern will be negotiated for the successful candidate.
