Pay Range: Scale 5 point 9 to point 12, £26,409 to £27,711 FTE / £16,413.40 to £17,222.60 (actual)
Contract Type: Part-Time
Contract Term: Permanent
Start Date: 1st September 2025
Working Hours: 27.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm with a 30-minute unpaid break
Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated Sports Coordinator to join our growing school. As a Sports Coordinator you will be delivering high quality PE provision throughout the school, enabling individuals to develop according to their abilities. Our aim is for all children to access the PE curriculum, thrive and enjoy sports. You will deliver a range of extracurricular activities, with responsibility for clubs, fixtures and sporting events. This includes leading lunchtime sports provision. You will also support learning in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice and school policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our hard-working and dynamic time.

About You
You will act as an ambassador for both the school and Hope Learning Community, the Trust which we are part of. You will liaise with staff within the school in order to meet the needs of the students. You will promote a professional and caring image whilst championing our school values, Respect, Excellence and Friendship. You must be patient, kind, enthusiastic with a good sense of humour and a diligent hard-working work ethic.
