Learning Support Assistant

Monday to Friday 8.45 am -3.15 pm

Term Time Excluding Non Pupil Days

We are looking to appoint an adaptable and motivated person to join our friendly school team for a fixed term until 31stAugust 2026.

The successful applicant will be working on a 1:1 basis with children that have high levels of SEND need. Previous experience working 1:1 is desirable but not essential for the right person.

You will need to have a patient, positive and kind attitude, with excellent communication skills and a genuine love of working with children. Working as part of a team; you will need to be calm, flexible, dedicated and be able to form positive relationships with staff and children.

The applicant will show initiative and flexibility under the guidance of the class teachers and SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) and be able to maintain a positive attitude. Applicants will understand the professional nature of the role.
