Early Years Practitioner Level 2
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Scale 3, point 5 (Actual salary £17,468 per annum)
Hours: 31.25 per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.15pm, term time only
Type: Permanent, Part-time
We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Practitioners to join our Nursery from September 2025. This is an exciting time to join the team as our Nursery provision expands to provide additional spaces for 3-4-year olds and new admissions for 2-year-old children.
The successful candidates will:
· be level 2 qualified;
· support the Nursery teacher and existing staff to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment for children aged 2-4 years;
· assist with implementing age-appropriate activities, curriculum, and daily routines that promote cognitive, social, and physical development;
· have the ability to form positive relationships with colleagues and children;
· be prepared to take on any educational training as required;
· remain calm in challenging situations and work closely as part of a team;
· have a good sense of humour!
