Canonium Learning Trust is currently searching for an exceptional individual to join our team at Langham Primary Academy. As a dedicated and passionate classroom teacher, you will embody our values and help us achieve our purpose of providing every child the very best education possible.

In this position, you will prioritise teaching and learning as the most important improvement activity and foster a culture of continuous professional development, coaching, modelling, and enquiry-led learning. Your ability to provide and receive feedback from students, parents, and stakeholders will be vital in assessing our schools' performance and progress.

With 95 pupils on roll, we are a small school with big ambitions for our children. Every child is known by every member of staff, and behaviour is excellent.
The village of Langham is in the beautiful Dedham Vale area, just to the North East of Colchester and we are within easy reach of the A12. The school is part of a thriving cluster of small schools, with which we work closely to promote wider opportunities for our pupils and provide development for our staff.
We have four classes: Class 1(Reception and Year 1); Class 2 (Year 2); Class 3 (Years 3 & 4); Class 4 (Years 5 & 6)
