Designated Mental Health Lead, Staff and Pupil Counsellor

Cresco Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a designated mental health lead and counsellor who can work across the trust's four schools to support the mental health and well-being of all our staff and pupils.

This job is initially a fixed term maternity cover.

The position is for 2 or 4 days per week (half a day or one day in each school), but will be negotiable for the successful candidate. You will need to be flexible and proactive, and able to travel the short distance between the schools which are all situated within the Basildon area.

Cresco are committed to the mental health and well-being of all staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified practitioner to lead the mental health and well-being across each school in the trust.
