1:1 Learning Support Assistant Vacancy
Fixed to EHCP
September 2025
Term Time Only - 38 weeks
Part-time Fixed to EHCP
20 hours a week
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 12:30pm
Scale 3, Pts 5 - 6 Pro Rata
Applicants must be enthusiastic, dedicated to the welfare and achievement of every child, positive and able to work on their own initiative, as well as follow direction from other members of the staff team.
Applicants should have:
· A high standard of written and spoken English
· Excellent numeracy skills
· A calm, positive and patient attitude
· Communicate effectively with pupils, parents and members of staff
· Display a professional attitude
· A strong work ethic with flexibility to respond positively to challenges of day to day school life
· Previous experience of working with pupils including emotional, physical and sensory needs, particularly those with special education needs would be beneficial but not essential
