Post 16 SEN Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking anenthusiastic and dedicated teacherto join our dynamic Post-16 team, supporting learners with a range of special educational needs as they prepare for adulthood. You will play a key role in delivering a rich and engaging curriculum that includes:

ASDAN programmesto develop personal and social skills
Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE)to build confidence and resilience
Life skillsto promote independence and everyday competence
Work experienceopportunities to prepare students for employment or further training
What We're Looking For:
A passionate educator with experience or strong interest in SEN teaching
A creative and flexible approach to curriculum delivery
A commitment to helping students achieve their personal best and transition successfully to their next steps
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with ASDAN, DofE, or life skills/work-based learning is highly desirable
