Learning Coach for Personalised Learning Centre
Salary Point: Catalyst Payscale Band B/C Point 6-14 depending on experience - £25,716 - £29,286 FTE
Hours Per Week: 36.25 term time only
Start Date: ASAP
Do you want to make a difference to a child's life in education?
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, resilient staff member to join our team for this physically demanding role supporting and coaching primary aged pupils who present with challenging behaviour. The ability to build rapport with pupils exhibiting extremely challenging behaviour is essential.
Working in our Personalised Learning Centre, as part of a specialist team, within a main school setting, the successful candidate will be given full training and support.
