Rate of Pay: Scale 5 point 9-12 (actual pay £21,989 - £23, 045)

Oakfield Primary School is a 2 form entry primary school located in Wickford, Essex. Our school boasts a large field, a dedicated outdoor learning area, a spacious EYFS learning garden, an ICT suite, and a cooking area. We also have a breakfast and afterschool club on-site, providing convenient childcare options for our families.
We are seeking to appoint a committed and creative HLTA who is passionate about learning. As a HLTA at Oakfield Primary School, you will have the opportunity to inspire, engage, and motivate our pupils to do their very best.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cover classes in all key stages, from Reception to Year 6
· Deliver learning inputs and facilitate learning throughout the lessons
· Use assessment for learning to support the progress of all children
· Adapt to daily changes in the timetable and work flexibly
Requirements:
· Experience in teaching groups or classes of children
· Strong literacy and numeracy skills
· Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team

· Positive outlook and willingness to adapt to change
· Passion for supporting the learning and development of all children
· Commitment to inclusive practises and unlocking the potential of every child
