Assistant Cook
Hours: 21 hours 30 minutes - Monday to Thursday 9.15am - 1.30pm, Friday 9.15am to 1.45pm
Working weeks: 38 weeks, fixed term up to 31st August 2025.

Salary: £24790.00 - £25183.00 pa FTE (Actual Salary - £12017.00 - £12208.00)
We are looking to appoint a friendly Assistant Cook to work in our busy kitchen.
Main duties will include ensuring that the kitchen is clean and hygienic, serving meals to the children and washing up, assisting the Catering Manager with the preparation of school meals.
This position is for 21 hours, 30 minutes per week, Monday to Thursday 9.15am - 1.30pm, Friday 9.15am to 1.45pm, term time only, for a fixed term up to 31st August 2025.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable and committed. A good sense of humour, flexibility and willingness to be part of the team are also essential attributes.
Catering experience is essential.
