Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint a highly motivated Site Supervisor to support The Estates Department. This individual must have extensive industry experience, strong IT skills including MS Office and the ability to work in a well organised and flexible manner. The successful candidate will work as a member of the Estates team reporting directly to the Estates and Sustainability Manager.

Responsibilities will include the line management of the Estates Site Assistants (6) across two campuses, delivery of the Planned Preventive Maintenance programme, general premises maintenance including management of contractors, contract cleaning contract, external security and courier services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the Estates job tickets so that all jobs are completed within timescales and the shift rota is managed accordingly, ensuring that premises are kept clean and tidy and risk free.
