Early Career Teacher at St Francis Catholic Primary School, Maldon
Required for September 2025 start
Salary £31,650-£35,674 (M1-M3)
We are looking for a passionate, ambitious and hardworking ECT to join us in September 2025. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic, creative and fun individual willing to give their best for the children and school. They will be keen to develop their teaching practice and commit to working in partnership with colleagues and parents.
As an ECT at St Francis you will have an experienced mentor to support you all the way through your ECT journey and we provide weekly training, development, support and sessions that will develop your confidence and expertise as a teacher.
