In September 2025 we will open our small SEND enhanced provision to support our children with additional learning needs. The provision will form an important part of our successful school and as such we are looking for a team player who is excited about this new opportunity.
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic teacher to lead our new Enhanced Provision. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a bespoke learning environment for pupils with additional needs (including, ASD, SEMH, etc.) within our inclusive setting. The provision will be a therapeutically appropriate environment which will support all children with needs to in be able to make progress in line with their own personalised next steps.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, delivery, and continual development of a tailored curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our learners. As the Lead Teacher, you will work closely with the senior leadership team, SENDCo, and external agencies to ensure high standards of teaching, care, and progress. You will be responsible for planning for, managing and directing a small team of Learning Support Assistants.A SENCO qualification would be desirable but is not essential to the role as this would be supported by our Inclusion Team.
