The CEO of Southend East Community Academy Trust (SECAT) is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspiring colleague to join SECAT from September 2025 (or sooner if possible) as Provision Manager for the new Autism Resource Base (ARB) at Shoeburyness High School and Thorpedene Primary School which are located next door to each other.

The ideal candidate willhave a passion for working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to ensure they receive the education they deserve. Our ARB is designed for up to 35 students who have a primary diagnosis of ASD. It will be your responsibility to ensure that they receive the best education within the inclusive context of the schools.

The Provision Manager will be responsible for the performance management and deployment of a team of enthusiastic staff, so good leadership and management skills are essential, while effectively managing and developing the progress and achievement of our students.

The Trust Head Office is at SECAT House, which is in the grounds of Thorpedene Primary School, one of the 6 schools in our Trust. The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant all operate from SECAT House.

The Central Finance Team, ICT Team, Estates Team and HR Team are all based in schools within the MAT, as is the Director of Education.
