We are looking to appoint a new member to our very busy school office team.
The role requires someone to be welcoming, enthusiastic and flexible, who enjoys working as part of a team.
As the initial point of contact in person and on the telephone, for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, you will need to have excellent communication skills, use discretion and initiative to be able to prioritise tasks. You will need to have good computer skills, including:
Word, Excel, internet and email. Knowledge of SIMS software would be an advantage however, training will be provided.

Working hours are: 37 hours per week - 8.00am to 4.00pm (with 30 min lunch break) - Monday to Friday. This is during term timeplus plus five inset days and one week during the school holidays.

Lyons Hall Primary school is a popular and successful Braintree school. It is the first school of the Learning Pathways Academy Trust which also includes Braiswick Primary in Colchester and White Hall Academy in Clacton-On-Sea.
