After fifteen years of achievements and enhancements under our existing Headteacher, an exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a visionary leader to take our popular, forward-thinking school into the future. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and dynamic Headteacher to work with governors, staff, pupils and parents within the framework of the Robus Multi Academy Trust to encourage high expectations and enable every child to discover and reach their full potential.

As Headteacher, you will combine the autonomy of leading Woodham Ley Primary with the benefit of being part of the ROBUS Multi Academy Trust, which works collaboratively to identify and then implement the best school improvement strategies across our schools.

Robus Multi Academy Trust is based in Benfleet and currently consists of Kingston Primary School, Montgomerie Primary School, Thundersley Primary School and Woodham Ley Primary School. The aim is to share good practice and provide the best education to all of our children.

Information about the School
Woodham Ley is a one form entry primary school, located in Benfleet, Essex. We are part of the Robus Multi Academy Trust.
The school is a bright and spacious building, with extensive grounds, including an excellent outdoor provision for the Early Years Department. In addition to the seven classrooms, there is an extended services hub and pre-school facility on site.
