Student Welfare Officer
Safeguarding and Behaviour Support
37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm
Term time plus Inset days and 1 week holiday working
Scale 3-4, points 5-8 Actual salary £22,395 - £23,452 including fringe

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Welfare Officer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the safeguarding, pastoral care, and behaviour management structures within the school, ensuring all students receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
Applicants will need to have a passion for working with young people and want to help all students reach their full potential. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a positive approach to working effectively with all members of the school community. This is a public facing role and the successful candidate must speak fluent English
