The CEO of SECAT is looking to appoint a Lettings Assistant to help with the day-to-day running of the estates booked lettings, ensuring that they are set-up, ready and cleared down on time. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring that the estates are clean and safe and that the Trust's Health and Safety policy is fully adhered to during all lettings. The role requires the postholder to welcome and assist customers with any queries and deal with any issues that may arise regarding bookings.
This is a shift-based role, with the following shift patterns:
Weekdays: 4.30 pm to 10.30 pm
Weekends 7.30 am to 3.30 pm/3.00 pm to 10.30 pm
School holidays: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
Part time and full time positions available and flexibility with regards to days worked, although one shift at the weekend will be required.

The Trust Head Office is at SECAT House, which is in the grounds of Thorpedene Primary School, one of the 6 schools in our Trust. The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant all operate from SECAT House.
The Central Finance Team, ICT Team, Estates Team and HR Team are all based in schools within the MAT, as is the Director of Education.
