The CEO of SECAT is looking to appoint a Lettings Supervisor to manage the day-to-day running of the estates, ensuring that lettings and bookings are set up, ready and set down on time, as well as checking that the estates are clean, safe and that the Trust's Health and Safety policy is fully adhered to during lettings.
This is a front facing role, welcoming and assisting customers with enquiries and dealing with any booking issues.
Also responsible for the line management and supervision of Lettings Assistants.
Shift Pattern:
Weekdays 4.30-10.30pm
Weekends 7.30am-3.00pm / 3.00-10.30pm
Contractual Hours 30-37 p/w negotiable dependent on shift pattern, but will include some weekend working.

The Trust Head Office is at SECAT House, which is in the grounds of Thorpedene Primary School, one of the 6 schools in our Trust. The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Executive Assistant all operate from SECAT House.
The Central Finance Team, ICT Team, Estates Team and HR Team are all based in schools within the MAT, as is the Director of Education.
