An exciting opportunity has arisen for the school to employ a SEMH Teacher to work full time in one of our bases. The successful candidate will need to have the following:
· Full QTS.
· Previous experience working with children with SEMH.
· Strong behaviour management skills.
· Experience of developing children's social skills, communication and language skills and physical skills.
· Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to the SEN curriculum standards.
· Provide high quality teaching that will enable pupils to make progress not just academically, but socially and emotionally.
Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs.
